Our boutique music tour of the USA is back!
The first odyssey emerging from the ashes of the pandemic took some patience and managing the disappointment of the cancelled 2020 trip. But we are all set (well, I will be – I haven’t started to pack yet…) and there will be regular updates of places, performances and history over the coming weeks. Stay tuned.
What tales can you expect?
- the three-day Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion (Bristol – Virginia, Tennessee) including a kick-off show. Highlights expected are 49 Winchester, Nickel Creek, Watchhouse, The Mavericks, Marty Stuart And His Fabulous Superlatives, Allison Russell, Darrell Scott’s Electricfying Band, Adia Victoria, Radio Bristol’s Farm and Fun Time with Bill & The Belles
- the six-day AmericanaFest in Nashville, Tennessee. Highly-anticipated acts are Michael Cleveland & Flamekeeper, Mighty Poplar, Blue Water Highway, Allison de Groot & Tatiana Hargreaves, The Band of Heathens, Benjamin Dakota Rogers, Beth Bombara, Blue Water Highway, The Grahams, JP Harris’ Dreadful Wind and Rain, Logan Halstead, Mary Bragg, Mary Gauthier, The Panhandlers, Robbie Fulks, Sarah Jarosz and The Shootouts.
- Live shows in Asheville (North Carolina), Floyd (Virginia) and Galax (Virginia)
- Visits to Dollywood (Pigeon Forge, Tennessee), music attractions in Bristol, Wilkesboro (North Carolina), Ferrum, Galax and Abingdon (Virginia) and Knoxville (Tennessee)
- Plus some activities to be revealed (to keep surprises for the tour group)
- After the tour, there’ll be live shows and attractions in Denver, Durango, Telluride and Boulder (Colorado) and Santa Fe (New Mexico)
