The Messenger: A Tribute to Ray Wylie Hubbard, a new collection from Eight 30 Records, is now available digitally and scheduled for a physical release in coming weeks.
The compilation features performances by Rodney Crowell, Bobby Bare, Charlie Musselwhite, Tom Russell, James McMurtry, Terri Hendrix, Jonathan Tyler.
The album (GET HERE) serves as a companion to Brian Atkinson’s new book The Messenger: The Songwriting Legacy of Ray Wylie Hubbard, published by Texas A&M University Press.
