Read about the line-up and other info for Cayamo 2019
It is time.
Booking information (for cruise alumni), route and the line-up for the Cayamo Music Cruise 2019 have just been announced by its organisers Sixthman.
The cruise, which is usually a sell-out, will set sail for the twelfth edition from February 10 to 17 2019 aboard the Norwegian Pearl. Affectionately known as the Journey Through Song, the boat will embark in Tampa, Florida, head out to the Gulf Of Mexico to Montego Bay, Jamaica and Costa Maya, Mexico. Headliners are Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Emmylou Harris, Dawes, Keb’ Mo’, Billy Bragg and Indigo Girls.
Here’s a message from Buddy Miller, erstwhile music director and critical ingredient on board:
Cayamo 2018 alumni have been given the first chance to book. This group has been automatically assigned and emailed an Earliest Booking Time, which are assigned in order, sorted by the most times on Cayamo , then by order of booking last year.
Alumni that missed Cayamo 2018 will be next in line. This group must register for the pre-sale and the booking order is determined by number of Cayamo sailings, number of Sixthman events, most recent year, then by order of booking for their most recent Cayamo.
Cayamo 2018 Waiting List guests who did not sail and Cayamo 2018 Cancelled Guests will be given a chance to book next. This group must register for the pre-sale and booking order is determined by the date you booked your canceled 2018 reservation or waiting list entry.
New Cayamo guests who register for the pre-sale are the final group to be included. This group is randomized before earliest booking times are assigned.
Once the pre-sale ends, the general public will be able to book. More booking information here.
Here is the full line-up released today (more to be announced):
Regrettably…oh so!… Listening Through The Lens will not be covering the event this time around. We were on board for 2017 and 2018 but we will be looking to other musical adventures around the same time next year. BUT you can follow these links to read our thoughts on the 2018 cruise and 2017 cruise.
