Darden Smith is a singer-songwriter based in Austin with a thirty-year career and fifteen well-regarded albums.

His latest album Everything features musicians Roscoe Beck (bass), JJ Johnson (drums), Charlie Sexton (guitars), Michael Ramos (keyboards) and David Mansfield (mandolin, pedal steel and strings), with vocal help from James House, Beth Nielsen Chapman, Bonnie Bishop, and Kelly Willis.

Everything (Compass Records) was recorded in Austin during August 2016 and the collection features songs written by Smith and collaborators House, Radney Foster, Matraca Berg, Bruce Robison and Jay Clementi.

One of the leading ‘newgrass’ outfits, The Infamous Stringdusters are guitarist Andy Falco, banjoist Chris Pandolfi, Andy Hall (dobro), Jeremy Garrett (fiddle) and Travis Book (double bass).  Their seventh studio set Laws of Gravity (via Sugar Hill) features the song ‘Gravity’ was written by Book and his wife, singer/songwriter Sarah Siskind.
