Neil Young To Release Archives Vol 2?

Will Neil Young be finally releasing Archives Vol. 2?

In an extensive interview with Rolling Stone magazine, Neil Young discusses his new high fidelity player Pono and his new album A Letter Home, with Jack White at the recording helm.

But most importantly to avid Neil fans, he flags the release of the long-awaited Archives Vol. 2.

Neil states that it will be finished within weeks, with all the music done.  The set covers his music until just past [1979’s] Rust Never Sleeps and will be full of unreleased recordings.  [Already confirmed for the set by Young: material from the unissued LPs Chrome Dreams and Homegrown and an alternate edition of the 1973 live album, Time Fades Away.]

Let’s hope Neil doesn’t get side-tracked…
